- In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 24 hours of receipt of your item.
- While receiving your product, make sure all original packaging, tags, and most importantly a receipt of a product is there on your parcel. Please do contact us in case of its absence.
- Inform us as soon as possible if any goods arrive damaged. Take pictures, send them to us, and please keep all original shipping containers.
- Any product which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used. So such products which show signs of use (wear, dirt, smell, pet hair, bugs, scuffing, etc) cannot be returned.
- Helmets Nepal offers 2 months of guarantee and 6 months of warranty service which covers merchandise defects. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects caused due to customer negligence.
- In case of booking of a product, the bill should be kept safely. In case it’s lost, 10% will be deducted from the amount paid.
For refund, 500/- will be deducted as the product will have already been placed order for.
